SynchronyVR is a collaborative effort between the University of Georgia and Cornell University to create a powerful but easy to use research tool for studying human interaction in virtual worlds. We have leveraged modern server technologies and emerging VR social worlds to create a tool that is both powerful, extendable, and easy to deploy.

The goal of our initiative is to provide the research community with a platform for conducting social research in the emerging medium of virtual reality. We’ve designed this tool from the ground up to be portable and extendable, and it is our hope that the academic community will embrace this exciting new technology and expand upon it.
