In an effort to provide students with a competitive advantage after graduation, while simultaneously helping lower the overall cost of a graduate education, the University of Georgia launched Double Dawgs, an ambitious program that provides structured pathways for qualified students to earn an undergraduate and graduate degree in five-years.

Double Dawg pathways for an Emerging Media Masters, residential or online, are approved for the following UGA majors:

  • Advertising, Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication
  • Computer Science, Franklin College of Arts and Sciences
  • Entertainment and Media Studies, Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication
  • Journalism, Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication
  • Marketing, Terry College of Business
  • Public Relations, Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication
  • Management Information Systems, Terry College of Business
  • Communication Studies, Franklin College of Arts and Sciences
  • Agricultural Communication, College of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences
