When fans walk through the doors of State Farm Arena, their experience goes far beyond the game or concert. The State Farm Arena experience involves every touchpoint along the way, from transportation to the Arena, to the signage that helps facilitate the exit process.
The mission of this project is to identify the true challenges that impact State Farm Arena’s customer satisfaction and experience. In order to identify fan’s needs and potential frustrations, in-depth research including interviews, surveys, data observation, and guest journey analysis will be conducted. By combining firsthand observations with data from the Hawks/State Farm Arena Team, this project will uncover trends, identify pain points, and highlight opportunities to enhance the overall experience. The outcome will include actionable implementations such as service enhancements, technological integration, and personalized strategies designed to elevate the future fan experience.
By the end of this project, we aim to deliver insights and innovative ideas that will help State Farm Arena promote its reputation as a top venue for sports and entertainment.
