Sex+ offers a real sexual education in a personal context. The CDC’s recent surveys report an increase in the prevalence of STIs in America and our country’s teen pregnancy rates compare poorly with our European counterparts. If young adults have access to sexual health knowledge, they will be able to make informed decisions and have sexual relationships that are responsible and healthy. Sex+ aims to provide all of this information in one simple, easy to use app.

Sex+ is a sexual health mobile application for teens and college students who want to increase their sexual knowledge and improve their intimate relationships. It accomplishes these tasks with self-quizzes and communication exercises.

Our self-quizzes, made in partnership with the UGA Health Department, are designed to educate people about proper sexual health habits, emotional ramifications of sex, and gaining confidence in their sexual values.

Sex+ also features a communication exercise that will assess the current condition of your intimate relationship based on three areas: honesty, respect and romance. This “relationship counselor in a box” will then give advice on how to improve relationships by facilitating open communication with partners about sexual and emotional needs.
