Claire is an NMI Instructor and proud NMI alumna, with a Bachelors degree in Public Relations and a Masters in Emerging Media from UGA. Her practical insights, drawn from her experiences as a designer, developer, and videographer, enrich the NMI community and beyond. Claire’s teaching style tackles complexity with calm determination. She empowers emerging creative professionals by advocating that becoming “technowledgeable” has a profound impact on one’s career.
In addition to her role as an instructor, Claire is actively involved in local non-profit work, using her skills to serve the Athens community and drive meaningful change. In her free time, Claire enjoys slow runs with friends, scrapbooking, and movie nights with her husband and their dog, Minnie.
