John Weatherford was recently invited to the Chick-fil-A headquarters in Atlanta to present to the University of Georgia Alumni Association’s Chick-fil-A Corporate Chapter about user experience design (UXD). He had a blast discussing the increasing importance of UXD to business strategy and mobile experience. After his presentation, he took a tour of Chick-fil-A’s campus, learned about their innovation process and enjoyed seeing Truett Cathy’s impressive collection of classic cars, as well as a real life bat mobile!
