NMIXpert: Shari Gasper

Shari started the NMI certificate program in Fall 2023 and has now been involved in the NMI for a year. She has taken Intro to New Media, New Media Industries, and Web Development and is currently taking Advanced Web Development and New Media Capstone. Shari is a fourth-year Psychology and Cognitive Science double major and plans to pursue Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction. Shari is comfortable with working with HTML and CSS and is proficient in full site editing in WordPress.

Outside of the NMI, Shari is involved in the MODEL Research Group and PACE Lab on campus. In her free time, Shari enjoys running, hiking and other outdoor activities. She loves a good reality TV show and is always down to read a good book!
