After discovering an exciting opportunity through Emuel, NMI students David Andriate and Chris Carson traveled to Tybee Island and the city of St. Marys to shoot a video for the UGA Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant. Their work became part of a presentation that won the 2017 Award of Excellence from the University Economic Development Association. Way to go, David and Chris! In other news, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions featured NMIX 2020, Intro to New Media, while hosting the High School Advisory Council made up of guidance counselors from all over the nation. Shoutout to John and our 2020 Graduate Assistants for being selected as a great example of the quality education that UGA provides.
