NMIXpert: Suba Senthil

Xpert Hours: M 3:30-4:30P, W 3:30-4:30P

Suba is a third-year Management Information Systems student who is pursuing a New Media Certificate through the web development track. She started her certificate in Fall of 2023, and this will be her third semester within the New Media Institute.

Suba loves web design and learning various coding languages to create creative, user friendly, and visually appealing websites. She is proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, using WordPress/Visual Studio Code, as well as with basic graphic design tools including Canva and Figma. She likes to challenge herself to continue to learn and expand her skill sets, so some of her goals this year include learning JavaScript and the Adobe Creative Cloud.

Outside of Terry and the NMI, you can find her playing rugby with the UGA Womxn’s Rugby Football Club, working at the McBay Science Library, and volunteering with the Athens Area Humane Society. Additionally she loves to explore various coffee shops around town, hangout with friends, and try new recipes in the kitchen.
