In addition to the resources in This Is Service Design Doing, here are some resources that might be useful for you as you’re learning and thinking about creating your customer experience journey maps.
UXPressia first steps + resources
Here are some practical steps to get started with UXPressia, shared by Nina Tsarykovich, UXPressia’s Head of Customer Support1:
- Once students log in, they will have 2 workspaces on their dashboard: the shared workspace which is on Pro and the Personal free workspace.
- View instructions for how to switch between workspaces from the dashboard.
- Students should create projects in the Pro workspace and not in the free one (they will see the ‘Pro’ sign next to the workspace name). This way, they will be able to utilize all Pro features: create an unlimited number of projects, share their work with all workspace members, export their work in PDF, use Presenting mode, etc.
Further, some great resources from UXPressia about getting started with CJM:
- Step-by-step guides into journey mapping and personas
- A quick tutorial on using UXPressia to create CJMs
- UXPressia has many templates to work from, with map examples and helpful links on each template page
- UXPressia’s Help Center might contain answers to issues you encounter
- If anyone is interested, we can arrange free access to UXPressia Academy. Send me Slack DM if you are!
