These data points are based on a user&#8217;s behavior, or performance, with a product \u2014&nbsp;as opposed to what the user self-reports about a product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to performance metrics, it&#8217;s important to, at the very least, scratch the surface of statistics. As researchers, we need to know how confident we are in our data. We have to be able to relay how our UX sample relates to the true population. Fortunately for us, there&#8217;s a really helpful website that does most of the calculations for us.
